Bit Torrent is quite a wonderful technology. Especially when you want to download something large in a reasonable amount of time. However many times I find myself wanting something I can run from a command line on any flavor of operating system and get a consistent result. As I wanted to download some torrents to my Linux machine with no gui, I came across an interesting app called Aria2.
Aria2 is a download tool. It supports a wide range of downloading capabilities from HTTP/HTTPS, FTP, SFTP, BitTorrent and Metalink. Check it out on https://aria2.github.io/
