Reishi Mushroom Powder

   I have been in search for something to relieve health issues I've been experiencing lately. I didn't want to take all this medication that has a laundry list of side affects in modern day medicine, so i researched about plant based remedies with little to no side affects.  Reishi mushrooms are among medical mushrooms that has amazing health benefits. These mushrooms have been used for hundreds of years to relieve common issues most Americans face daily due to the standard American diet. Reishi mushrooms have a wide variety of crucial vitamins and minerals. Recent studies have shown Reishi Mushrooms have been known to help with pulmonary diseases, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, cardiovascular disease, liver or kidney disease, respiratory disease, chronic inflammation,  viral infections and more. Of course this depends on your age and how advanced your issues are. This is defiantly not a cure for any diseases but an aid to help you relieve some discomforts of diseases you may be facing. I have been using this product for only a few weeks now and I am very pleased with the outcome since starting to add this to my health regimen. This brand of Reishi Mushroom powder comes with a scoop, making it easy to get the correct serving size needed daily. I mix 1 scoop of powder to 4-6 ounces of water, stir and drink. To me this barely has any taste or smell and it is easy to drink one cup a day. Within 15 minutes of me drinking this Reishi Mushroom powder I am already feeling energized and feeling some really good benefits. Now that I've been using it for a few weeks, I am really starting to see some good results. Especially inflammation around my joints, asthma and allergies are seeming to get a bit better along with sleeping better at night and have more of a clear head during the day.
